Our Story
At SparkPoint, we came together as a team with a long track record of engineering creative solutions to even the most complex financial problems. We all have buy-side backgrounds as asset owners or principals in PE/VC shops. But we've also acted as sell-side advisors and investment bankers. This allows us to always understand transactions from the client perspective, whether owner or financier. We are capable of heavy lifting and brute force when necessary or creativity and finesse when that is the more appropriate path.

While collaborating with our clients, we draw from experience to identify the optimal course of action. By not wasting time pursuing dead end ideas, we are able to focus on a successful execution and thereby achieve cost efficiencies.
